PAYMENT POLICY:

A deposit of 50% of the total charter fee is payable by bank transfer on the signature of the Charter Agreement. This confirms your booking. The remaining 50%, plus an Advance Provisioning Allowance, combined with taxes, delivery/redelivery fees, and any additional charges we agreed on, are payable by bank transfer one month before the charter commences.

APA:

The Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) is paid with the final charter payment, typically 25%-30% of the total charter fee under MYBA Terms. It covers operating expenses like fuel, food, drinks, and port fees. The captain receives these funds before the charter to ensure the yacht is fully prepared. An up-to-date summary of accounts is available anytime, and a full account is provided at the end. If expenses exceed the APA, additional funds are needed. All bills should be settled in cash before disembarkation, and any remaining credit will be refunded. Transfer arrangements can be made, with costs deducted from the APA.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The cancellation fee may vary. The exact amount can be found on the Charter Party Contract. Cancellation fees are calculated depending on the time between the date of cancellation and departure date.

Should the client wish to cancel the charter, the owner might retain the full deposit or the full charter fee depending on the time of cancellation according to the terms of the MYBA contract. To establish an alternative solution, the charterer must liaise with the broker.

Wij raden u sterk aan om een reisverzekering af te sluiten om u te beschermen tegen eventuele incidenten of verliezen die zich buiten de boot voordoen. Terwijl de booteigenaren zorgen voor een verzekering voor hun boten, jachten, bemanning en gasten tegen brand, aanvaringen en andere ongevallen op zee, zijn de gasten verantwoordelijk voor het beschermen van hun waardevolle spullen tijdens de tour. Indien gewenst kunnen gasten hun waardevolle spullen aan de kapitein van de boot geven voor veilige bewaring. In het geval van een ongeluk of ramp, is het de verantwoordelijkheid van de bootkapiteins om KaterBlue of haar vertegenwoordiger onmiddellijk te informeren. Als de booteigenaren niet de nodige verzekeringen hebben afgesloten, zullen ze volledig aansprakelijk worden gesteld. Huurders en gasten die aan watersport willen doen, doen dit op eigen risico en moeten ervoor zorgen dat ze hun eigen verzekering hebben.
