PAYMENT POLICY:

The guest has to pay a 50% of the total tariff as the booking amount as specified in the booking information, via any online transfer method to Manta Cruise Goa company account. The Balance amount of the tariff has to be handed over to the Excursion Manager before embarking the yacht on the day of the Excursion at the jetty.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The booking amount is a non-refundable advance payment to block the time slot for the particular yacht, catamaran, or luxury speed boat.

No refund will be provided in case any guest or all the guests are unable to embark the boat due to any health issues, physical disability, or other unforeseen issues.

The date of booking can be changed, subject to availability, if notified 72 hours before the excursion time.

For bookings made under 72 hours of excursion time, no change in booking dates or cancellation is possible.

If the excursion is canceled due to any technical issues, the full amount will be refunded to guests within 48 hours, or the date of booking may be changed as per the guest's request.

Wij raden u sterk aan om een reisverzekering af te sluiten om u te beschermen tegen eventuele incidenten of verliezen die zich buiten de boot voordoen. Terwijl de booteigenaren zorgen voor een verzekering voor hun boten, jachten, bemanning en gasten tegen brand, aanvaringen en andere ongevallen op zee, zijn de gasten verantwoordelijk voor het beschermen van hun waardevolle spullen tijdens de tour. Indien gewenst kunnen gasten hun waardevolle spullen aan de kapitein van de boot geven voor veilige bewaring. In het geval van een ongeluk of ramp, is het de verantwoordelijkheid van de bootkapiteins om KaterBlue of haar vertegenwoordiger onmiddellijk te informeren. Als de booteigenaren niet de nodige verzekeringen hebben afgesloten, zullen ze volledig aansprakelijk worden gesteld. Huurders en gasten die aan watersport willen doen, doen dit op eigen risico en moeten ervoor zorgen dat ze hun eigen verzekering hebben.
