CANCELLATION POLICY:

If the client cancels the tour, any deposit or payment shall be reimbursed according to the day and the reason for the retraction, via the following conditions:

• 15 days before the reservation: 50% of the total amount will be charged to the client. • Less than 7 days before the visit: No refund • Bad weather and unforeseen events like COVID restrictions: full refund

If the boat is unnavigable following an accident, a breakdown, or other circumstances, the contract is terminated: full refund.

If the agency cancels the visit: full refund.

Wij raden u sterk aan om een reisverzekering af te sluiten om u te beschermen tegen eventuele incidenten of verliezen die zich buiten de boot voordoen. Terwijl de booteigenaren zorgen voor een verzekering voor hun boten, jachten, bemanning en gasten tegen brand, aanvaringen en andere ongevallen op zee, zijn de gasten verantwoordelijk voor het beschermen van hun waardevolle spullen tijdens de tour. Indien gewenst kunnen gasten hun waardevolle spullen aan de kapitein van de boot geven voor veilige bewaring. In het geval van een ongeluk of ramp, is het de verantwoordelijkheid van de bootkapiteins om KaterBlue of haar vertegenwoordiger onmiddellijk te informeren. Als de booteigenaren niet de nodige verzekeringen hebben afgesloten, zullen ze volledig aansprakelijk worden gesteld. Huurders en gasten die aan watersport willen doen, doen dit op eigen risico en moeten ervoor zorgen dat ze hun eigen verzekering hebben.
