A license is not necessary to operate a boat propelled by a motor of up to 35hp, according to Greek legislation. We only provide daily trips, not weekly or multi-day vacations. If a client wishes to borrow a boat for more than a day, they can do so by hiring it in the morning and returning it by the time it is due. Furthermore, the boats must return at least 30 minutes before sundown.

Clients can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before their reservation. Clients can cancel up to 24 hours before their engagements, however they will be charged a 50% cancellation fee (of the final price). Clients CANNOT cancel within 12 hours of their booking and receive a refund since the entire cash will be held. Refunds are not possible if the client fails to arrive at the starting place on the scheduled day. In any event when we cancel a booking (for example, due to inclement weather), the whole payment is refunded.

Terwijl de booteigenaren zorgen voor een verzekering voor hun boten, jachten, bemanning en gasten tegen brand, aanvaringen en andere ongevallen op zee, zijn de gasten verantwoordelijk voor het beschermen van hun waardevolle spullen tijdens de tour. Indien gewenst kunnen gasten hun waardevolle spullen aan de kapitein van de boot geven voor veilige bewaring. In het geval van een ongeluk of ramp, is het de verantwoordelijkheid van de bootkapiteins om KaterBlue of haar vertegenwoordiger onmiddellijk te informeren. Als de booteigenaren niet de nodige verzekeringen hebben afgesloten, zullen ze volledig aansprakelijk worden gesteld. Huurders en gasten die aan watersport willen doen, doen dit op eigen risico en moeten ervoor zorgen dat ze hun eigen verzekering hebben.
