PAYMENT POLICY: Upon confirmation of your booking, you need to make a payment of 50%, and the remaining 50% is to be settled at the time of departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

in case of bad weather: 100% (refund within 2 days of the booking date)
in case of damage: 100% (refund within 2 days from the booking date)
in case of cancellation of the booking by the customer (48h before the boarding date): 80% (within 2 days from the booking date)
in case of cancellation of the booking by the customer (less than 48 hours but no later than 24 hours from the boarding date): 20% (refund within 2 days from the booking date)
in case of non-presence of the customer on the boarding date there will be no refund from Asinara Catamaran,

Indien gewenst kunnen gasten hun waardevolle spullen aan de kapitein van de boot geven voor veilige bewaring. In het geval van een ongeluk of ramp, is het de verantwoordelijkheid van de bootkapiteins om KaterBlue of haar vertegenwoordiger onmiddellijk te informeren. Als de booteigenaren niet de nodige verzekeringen hebben afgesloten, zullen ze volledig aansprakelijk worden gesteld. Huurders en gasten die aan watersport willen doen, doen dit op eigen risico en moeten ervoor zorgen dat ze hun eigen verzekering hebben.
