FOOD AND BEVERAGE:
- Included in the Charter: The all-inclusive rate includes standard meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and a selection of standard beverages (non-alcoholic drinks) served on board by the crew.
- Hostess/Cook Availability: A professional hostess/cook is included in the charter to prepare and serve meals. Additional costs will apply if you wish to hire extra crew for specific culinary requests.
- Customized Meal Requests: Guests can request customized meals, dietary-specific menus, or additional beverages for an extra charge. Advanced notice (at least 48 hours prior) is required for customized requests.
- Additional Costs for Premium Items: Premium or specialty beverages, including select wines, spirits, and high-end drinks, are not included in the standard rate and will incur additional costs. These should be pre-arranged or purchased on board.
- Guest Responsibility: Any special food provisions (e.g., allergies or restrictions) must be communicated at the time of booking. The crew will accommodate reasonable requests based on availability.
PREPAYMENT POLICY:
- 50% deposit required at the time of reservation confirmation to secure your booking.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to check-in.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellation 60 days or more prior to boarding: 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
- Cancellation less than 60 days prior to boarding: No refund will be issued.

Terwijl de booteigenaren zorgen voor een verzekering voor hun boten, jachten, bemanning en gasten tegen brand, aanvaringen en andere ongevallen op zee, zijn de gasten verantwoordelijk voor het beschermen van hun waardevolle spullen tijdens de tour. Indien gewenst kunnen gasten hun waardevolle spullen aan de kapitein van de boot geven voor veilige bewaring. In het geval van een ongeluk of ramp, is het de verantwoordelijkheid van de bootkapiteins om KaterBlue of haar vertegenwoordiger onmiddellijk te informeren. Als de booteigenaren niet de nodige verzekeringen hebben afgesloten, zullen ze volledig aansprakelijk worden gesteld. Huurders en gasten die aan watersport willen doen, doen dit op eigen risico en moeten ervoor zorgen dat ze hun eigen verzekering hebben.
