CANCELLATION POLICY:

In the event of a cancellation made by the Charterer within 48 hours of the Charter, a fee equivalent to 100% of the full Charter costs will apply. Any cancellations before that receive a full refund.

The company reserves the right to cancel a Charter for any reason that is deemed to be beyond Grenadines Sailing Escapade control, including weather conditions. In the event of such cancellation Grenadines Sailing Escapade shall immediately notify the Charterer and offer alternative dates for the Charter. If an alternative date for the Charter cannot be agreed upon, the Charterer will be entitled to a full refund.

Terwijl de booteigenaren zorgen voor een verzekering voor hun boten, jachten, bemanning en gasten tegen brand, aanvaringen en andere ongevallen op zee, zijn de gasten verantwoordelijk voor het beschermen van hun waardevolle spullen tijdens de tour. Indien gewenst kunnen gasten hun waardevolle spullen aan de kapitein van de boot geven voor veilige bewaring. In het geval van een ongeluk of ramp, is het de verantwoordelijkheid van de bootkapiteins om KaterBlue of haar vertegenwoordiger onmiddellijk te informeren. Als de booteigenaren niet de nodige verzekeringen hebben afgesloten, zullen ze volledig aansprakelijk worden gesteld. Huurders en gasten die aan watersport willen doen, doen dit op eigen risico en moeten ervoor zorgen dat ze hun eigen verzekering hebben.
