To ensure a smooth and well-organized yacht charter experience, please review the following booking policies, inclusions, and general terms.

The charter pricing is dynamic and varies based on the season and demand. For real-time availability and pricing, please check with us or submit an inquiry.

● Low Season (26.04 - 19.09): 7,705 EUR per week.
● Mid Season (21.09 - 06.12): 8,625 EUR per week.
● High Season (07.12 - 25.04): 9,775 EUR per week.

● GPS and navigation plotter.
● CD player onboard for entertainment.
● Bimini for sun protection.
● Autopilot system for smooth sailing.
● Electric windlass for easy anchoring.
● Mooring at Club Cienfuegos Harbour.
● Water and power access at Club Cienfuegos Harbour.

● Sailing tax and gas consumption.
● Final cleaning fee.
● Additional towel sets.
● Bedding, including sheets, duvet covers, and towels.
● Skipper fees (including provisions and bed linen).
● Outboard engine fuel.
● Cockpit cushions for extra comfort.
● Security insurance coverage.
● Outboard engine rental.

● Guests may opt for catering or private chef services at an additional cost.
● Provision shopping is available while at anchor or during marina stops.

● More than 3 months before the charter:
i) 80% of the initial payment will be refunded.
ii) 20% will be retained for administrative costs and expenses.

● Within 3 months of the charter:
i) 100% of the charter fee will be charged if the yacht cannot be re-rented.
ii) If the yacht is re-rented for a reduced price or shorter duration, the lessee must cover the price difference.

● A down payment is required to confirm the reservation.
● If cancellation occurs more than 3 months prior to the charter, 80% of the initial payment will be refunded.
● The remaining balance must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment schedule before the charter commences.
● Failure to complete payments on time may result in cancellation, subject to the cancellation policy terms.

● The yacht will be handed over with a full fuel tank whenever possible. If not, the lessee must return it with the same fuel level or reimburse for the shortfall.
● A check-in inspection of the yacht’s condition, equipment, and inventory will be conducted, with both parties confirming the results by signing the check-in list. No objections will be accepted after confirmation.
● The lessee is prohibited from using the yacht for commercial transportation, races, or towing other vessels (except in emergencies). Sub-rental is strictly forbidden.
● The lessee assumes full liability for any legal issues, penalties, or fees arising from violations of these restrictions.
● Compensation claims must be submitted within 15 days after the charter ends; claims beyond this period will not be considered.
● If any clause in the agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining terms will remain in effect, with necessary adjustments made to align with the original intent.
● Legal jurisdiction for resolving disputes will be determined as specified in the charter agreement.
