FOOD & BEVERAGE:

Catering or private chef services are available upon request at an additional cost. Guests also have the option to shop for provisions while at anchor or during marina stops.

PREPAYMENT POLICY:

Initial Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required at the time of confirmation.
Final Payment: The remaining 70% of the total booking amount is due 60 days before the charter date.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If the Charterer cancels more than 60 days before the original charter starts, they will lose their 30% deposit. If add-on options were purchased, these expenses will be reimbursed.
If the Charterer cancels 59 days or less before the charter, they will lose the entire charter fee paid to date. Any add-on expenses will only be reimbursed if canceled more than 7 days before departure.

Yacht Selection: Choose from our fleet based on your budget. Older yachts offer better value.
Seasonal Considerations: Sail during the low season for discounted rates and fewer crowds.
Duration Discounts: Longer charters may qualify for additional discounts.
Discount Combination: Multiple available discounts may be combined for greater savings.
Destination Costs: Be aware of additional fees such as mooring charges.
Add-Ons: Enhance your experience with optional extras like water toys.
Payment Options: We accept credit/debit card, cheque, and bank transfers.
Booking Confirmation: Upon acceptance, a confirmation invoice will be issued.
Offers & Discounts: Discounts must be applied at the time of booking.
Charter Duration: Typically Saturday to Saturday, but alternative durations may be available.
Base Briefing: A comprehensive pre-departure briefing is provided.
License Requirements: Ensure compliance with local sailing regulations.
Competency Confirmation: Charterers must confirm their ability to safely operate the yacht.

Wij raden u sterk aan om een reisverzekering af te sluiten om u te beschermen tegen eventuele incidenten of verliezen die zich buiten de boot voordoen. Terwijl de booteigenaren zorgen voor een verzekering voor hun boten, jachten, bemanning en gasten tegen brand, aanvaringen en andere ongevallen op zee, zijn de gasten verantwoordelijk voor het beschermen van hun waardevolle spullen tijdens de tour. Indien gewenst kunnen gasten hun waardevolle spullen aan de kapitein van de boot geven voor veilige bewaring. In het geval van een ongeluk of ramp, is het de verantwoordelijkheid van de bootkapiteins om KaterBlue of haar vertegenwoordiger onmiddellijk te informeren. Als de booteigenaren niet de nodige verzekeringen hebben afgesloten, zullen ze volledig aansprakelijk worden gesteld. Huurders en gasten die aan watersport willen doen, doen dit op eigen risico en moeten ervoor zorgen dat ze hun eigen verzekering hebben.
