FOOD & BEVERAGE:

Catering or private chef services are available upon request, at an additional cost. Guests can also shop for provisions during marina stops.

PREPAYMENT POLICY:

50% deposit required within 5 days after booking confirmation.
Remaining 50% due 35 days before departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

More than 100 days before departure: 20% cancellation fee.
Between 100-30 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee.
Less than 30 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee.
Full refund available for cancellations made more than 100 days before check-in.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

A security deposit must be made on check-in day via pre-authorization using a valid VISA or MasterCard or by SWIFT transfer.
Deposits are required before departure, even with third-party insurance.
Deposit refunds are processed within 5 working days post check-out.
Clients must return the yacht with full fuel tanks.
Pets are allowed onboard with prior confirmation and an extra cleaning fee of 173€.
Check-in: Saturday or Monday from 17:00 to 21:00 (early check-in available upon request).
Check-out: One day before the charter ends, final check-out before 09:00.

Terwijl de booteigenaren zorgen voor een verzekering voor hun boten, jachten, bemanning en gasten tegen brand, aanvaringen en andere ongevallen op zee, zijn de gasten verantwoordelijk voor het beschermen van hun waardevolle spullen tijdens de tour. Indien gewenst kunnen gasten hun waardevolle spullen aan de kapitein van de boot geven voor veilige bewaring. In het geval van een ongeluk of ramp, is het de verantwoordelijkheid van de bootkapiteins om KaterBlue of haar vertegenwoordiger onmiddellijk te informeren. Als de booteigenaren niet de nodige verzekeringen hebben afgesloten, zullen ze volledig aansprakelijk worden gesteld. Huurders en gasten die aan watersport willen doen, doen dit op eigen risico en moeten ervoor zorgen dat ze hun eigen verzekering hebben.
