The Balearic Islands are a group of islands on the eastern side of Spain. This is a great spot to rent a boat because there are beautiful beaches, scenery, and each island has its own special feel. You can go to Palma de Mallorca, Ibiza, Menorca or Formentera. In Palma de Mallorca you can explore the city, in Ibiza you can party with famous DJs and in Menorca and Formentera you can enjoy beautiful natural scenery on a cruise..
We have about 30 new boats that are less than 4 years old. They have everything you need to have a comfortable ride. It doesn't matter if you have a license or not. What's important is that you have fun. We have a captain and other staff members to help you with your needs.

Our boat can sleep up to 12 people in three luxurious double staterooms, with one bathroom and air conditioning. The salon is well decorated, with plenty of seats and a fully equipped kitchen. The boat also has a large cockpit with a table, which is ideal for having a meal or a drink while admiring the breathtaking views of the Spanish coastline.
This yacht is outfitted with cutting-edge technology, such as a cutting-edge navigation system and a powerful engine, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable sailing experience. The Oceanis 41.1 is the ideal choice for individuals who desire the absolute best in luxury sailing, with its elegant lines, high-quality finishing, and remarkable performance.
This charter is offered for a one-week period of six days and six nights. Saturday is always changeover day. For an additional cost, all visitors are given with a set of towels, bed sheets, pillowcases, and covers.
Our vessel is docked at Barcelona's Port Olimpic, and visitors are allowed to arrive and settle in after 16:00 on Saturday. After 17:00, a preliminary briefing and boat orientation will take place onboard. Charters or sailing trips will conclude at 17:00 on Friday, and passengers may stay on the yacht overnight if they evacuate by 09:00 on Saturday.

Based on the choice of charter option set for this listing and your choice to avail these options under the process of booking this charter, an extra fee may be applicable, for eg; for availing Crew service.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If the choice is made MORE THAN ten (+10) weeks before the intended vessel delivery date, the lessee may unilaterally withdraw from the contract with a penalty of 20% of the rental amount. If the lessee decides between ten (10) and eight (8) weeks before the date of vessel delivery, the lessor reserves the right to charge 40% of the rental fee; if the cancellation occurs between eight (8) and four (4) weeks before the date, the lessor will charge 60% of the rental fee; if the cancellation occurs between four (4) and two (2) weeks before the date, the lessor will charge 80% of the rental fee. If the lessee cancels less than two (2) weeks before the scheduled date, the lessor will charge 100% of the charter reservation price.
Should it be impossible to deliver any of the services under the agreed-upon conditions, the company shall offer the user the option of receiving a refund of the total amount already paid, without requesting or claiming under any circumstances an appendix to the contract in which the introduced changes and their potential price implications are specified.
PAYMENT POLICY:
To make the vessel reservation binding, 50% of the rental price must be paid; no vessel will be regarded firmly reserved until the above-mentioned payment is made. The remaining 50% must be paid in advance, at least one month before the trip begins, or the reservation will be regarded null and invalid if the money is not received. Failure to meet the financial requirements outlined in this contract will result in the automatic cancellation of the completed reservation.
