FOOD & BEVERAGE:
● Welcome snack upon arrival
● 3 main meals daily, including at least 1 meal of freshly caught lobster (if legally available during your stay)

BOOKING POLICY:
● A 30% deposit of the total charter amount is required to confirm your reservation.
● Reservations made less than 30 days before the charter start date must be paid in full, including the remaining 70%.
● The remaining balance can be paid via cash on board or bank transfer prior to departure.
● All bank charges are to be borne by the guests.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
● Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.
● 70% refund for cancellations made 20 days before the start of the charter.
● 50% refund for cancellations made 10 days before the start of the charter.
● Cancellations made within 5 days prior to the start of the charter are non-refundable.
● Trip Change: If you are unable or do not wish to proceed with the trip, you may designate another person to take your place under the same conditions and obligations, with no additional cost.
● Weather or Technical Cancellations: The charter may be canceled due to adverse weather conditions or technical problems that compromise the safety of the boat or passengers. In such cases, a 100% refund will be provided, without any additional compensation. Alternatively, you may choose to change the charter dates (subject to availability) or opt for a similar boat, with any price difference to be covered by the guest if applicable.
GENERAL TERMS:
● Use fresh water and energy responsibly as they are limited.
● The captain may change the route due to weather or safety reasons without compensation.
● You are not responsible for boat damage unless caused by your negligence or failure to follow rules. In that case, you must cover repair costs.
● No offensive behavior, smoking inside, excessive alcohol, drug use, or carrying dangerous items like weapons or fire hazards. The captain can take action if needed, including involving authorities.
● Inform the captain of any allergies or health issues before the charter. Bring any necessary medications as they cannot be obtained in San Blas.
● Pregnant women must have a medical certificate. Pregnant guests over 24 weeks are not allowed. The company is not responsible for any pregnancy-related issues.
● Self-sufficient guests with special needs or elderly guests can travel alone. The captain may deny boarding if deemed unsafe.
● Parents or guardians are responsible for children under 18 and dependents. They must supervise and ensure safety at all times.
● These rules ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests on board.
