If the Renter cancels less than 14 days before check-in time then there is no refund. If the Renter arrives and decides to leave before the agreed check-out date (i.e. days not spent on the boat) there is no refund.

- KaterBlueでは、すべてのレンタルボートに保険をかけております。ボートの外で発生した事故や損失に備えるため、旅行保険に加入することを強くお勧めします。ボートの所有者は、火災、衝突、その他の海難事故に対して、ボート、ヨット、クルー、ゲストに保険を提供していますが、ツアー中の貴重品の保護はゲストの責任となります。お客様のご希望により、貴重品をボートの船長にお渡しいただくことも可能です。事故や災害が発生した場合、船長の責任において速やかにケーターブルーまたはその代理人にご連絡ください。ボートの所有者が必要な保険の手配を完了していない場合、その全責任を負うことになります。ウォータースポーツを希望するチャーター者およびゲストは、自己の責任において行うものとし、各自が保険に加入していることを確認すること。
