DATE CHANGE POLICY:

For already booked charters, date changes are allowed as long as the departure remains in 2024, and the charter area stays the same. If the rescheduled booking is more expensive, the price difference will be charged.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY:

For future bookings made from today until further notice, the required deposit will be 10%, and the remaining booking deposit can be paid up to 01/02/2024. The final payment for current and future bookings can be paid no later than 15 days before the charter departure.

TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS:

In the event that a charter customer is unable to reach the base due to travel restrictions, an official advisory against traveling to the charter area, or border closures to the customer's country of origin, the terms mentioned in point #1 will apply. Additionally, it will be possible to cancel the charter, and a credit note will be issued to the customer for use in a charter departing in 2023 at the same charter area. Note that the obligation of a Covid-19 test (PCR) before or after the trip is not a sufficient condition to benefit from a refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellation fee of 30% of the total charter fee, for bookings cancelled within a period of 140-120 days prior to boat embarkation

• Cancellation fee of 50% of the total charter fee, for bookings cancelled within a period of 120-45 days prior to boat embarkation

• Cancellation fee of 100% of the total fee, for bookings cancelled in a period less than 45 days prior to boat embarkation
