If you choose a bareboat charter, you can create your own route based on your interests. Alternatively, if you choose a skippered charter you can discuss your preferences with our expert captain, who will create a unique itinerary for you or make changes with our itinerary. Please be aware that there are special sailing regulations to ensure safe navigation and prohibited zones, make sure to consider these legal topics to avoid any complications during your charter. Here is a sample itinerary to give you a general idea.

Ititnerary:

• Day 1: Arrive at Poole Quay Boat Haven. Explore Poole’s waterfront and enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.

• Day 2: Sail to Swanage. Explore Swanage Harbour and the town. Overnight in Swanage.

• Day 3: Head to Studland Bay. Relax on the sandy beaches and swim in the clear waters. Overnight at anchor.

• Day 4: Return to Poole. Visit Brownsea Island or Poole Museum. Enjoy dinner in Poole.

• Day 5: Sail to Lymington. Explore the market and waterfront. Overnight in Lymington.

• Day 6: Head to Beaulieu River. Explore the river by dinghy or visit Beaulieu Abbey. Overnight at anchor.

• Day 7: Return to Poole Quay Boat Haven. Final day for local exploration and relaxation.

• Day 8: Check-out and depart.

ELAN MONOHULL

The Elan yacht, designed by Rob Humphries, combines performance and comfort perfectly. After its 2020/21 refit this cruiser-racer excels in both speed and stability. It features a double spreader fractional sloop rig by Selden Spars, main slab reefing with three reefs and a Stackpack lazy jack system for effortless sail handling. Additionally, it has a furling Genoa, storm jib and an optional spinnaker with a carbon pole.

Inside, the Elan accommodates up to six guests, with a large double aft cabin, a double forward cabin, and two saloon berths with lifting seat backs. Navigation is well-supported by a Raymarine Axiom plotter, Garmin plotter and VHF radio.

Safety is ensured with MCA coding, including life jackets, a life raft, and fire-fighting gear. The deck features a Bruce anchor, fenders and warps, while the galley is equipped with a two-burner gas hob, oven, fridge and essential cookware and tableware.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellation by Charterer: If the Charterer cancels the booking more than 28 days before the commencement date, the terms in the booking agreement will apply. A full refund of all sums paid will be issued.

• Early Departure: If the Charterer leaves the yacht before the scheduled end date, no refund will be given, and any additional costs incurred will not be reimbursed.

• Cancellation by Provider: If the provider cancels the charter due to circumstances beyond their control, they will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative yacht or dates. If a replacement cannot be arranged, a full refund will be given. For delays, a pro-rata refund will be provided. No liability for additional expenses or inconvenience will be accepted.

• Flight Issues: If the Charterer's flight is cancelled or delayed, or if boarding is denied by a carrier, the Charterer must claim compensation from the carrier under the Denied Boarding Regulations 2004. Any compensation received will constitute the full entitlement for all related matters.
