PRICE EXCLUSIONS:
While our charter is designed to be as inclusive as possible, the following items are not included in the base price:
● Harbor dues and customs duties in foreign territorial waters.
● Meals and alcoholic beverages, which can be arranged separately through our onboard catering service.
● Fuel for additional water sports activities, if extended beyond the included package.

PREPAYMENT POLICY:
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least two weeks before departure. Alternatively, the final payment may be made in person upon prior arrangement.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Our cancellation policy is structured to provide clarity and fairness:
● 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before arrival (excluding processing fees).
● No refund for cancellations within 30 days of check-in.
● If a guest decides to leave earlier than scheduled, no refunds will be issued for unused days.
