CANCELLATION POLICY:

1.If the boat or at least an equivalent replacement boat is not made available by the lessor in time for the appointment agreed in the lease agreement, the lessee will be entitled to withdraw from this agreement no earlier than 24 hours after this time, with full reimbursement of all effected payments. For charter periods of two or more weeks, the deadline will be increased by 24 hours for each additional week.

2. Further claims for compensation by the lessee, except for cases of intent and gross negligence by the lessor, are excluded. If the lessee does not withdraw from the agreement, they will reserve the right to reimbursement of the pro rata charter price for the delay by which the boat was handed over.

3. Damage to the boat and equipment that does not impair the boat’s seaworthiness and enables continued reasonable use of the boat will not be considered grounds for withdrawal. A reduction will also be excluded in this case. a. in case of cancellation of the boat up to 180 days before the start of the charter, 40% of the charter price will not be refunded b. in case of cancellation of the boat 180 to 90 days before the start of the charter, 70% of the charter price will not be refunded c. in case of cancellation of the boat 90 days before the start of the charter, the full charter price minus the transit log fee will be due

4. If the boat is able to be rented to another charter guest, a refund will be issued by means of a voucher for the charter price achieved by the rental or partial rental.

5. Skippers may be cancelled free of charge up to 90 days before the start of the charter.

6. The date of receipt of the written notice is decisive for calculating the notice periods listed above.
