CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations up to 30 days, no penalty will be applied. In this case the refund will be made 30 days before the scheduled date of the service. For cancellations up to 29-11 days, 50% of the total service amount will be charged as a penalty. For cancellations up to 10 days or less before the arrival date, 100% of the total amount of the service will be charged as a penalty. In the event of a cancellation request, the Company reserves the right to offer an alternative solution to the refund: the customer will be offered the possibility of obtaining a voucher that can be spent over 2 years, in this case the amount paid will increase by 10%. In case of cancellation, bank charges will be charged to the customer, they correspond to a small percentage. In case of adverse weather conditions, the company will reschedule the excursion for the following days using the same boat, if available, or a similar one from the same fleet. If the trip cannot be rescheduled on other days, due to extreme conditions, the company will proceed with the refund. Technology maintenance tasks are scheduled in advance, but sometimes this may involve replacing items which can take longer. In this case, the Company will proceed by offering a boat of the same, similar or even larger size.
