Price Excludes:

• Additional Beverages: Any drinks beyond the provided sparkling water and fresh juices

• Food: Any snacks or meals that are not specified as included

• Transportation: Transfers to and from the embarkation point (Campbells Cove Pontoon) are not included

• Gratuities: Tips for the skipper and crew are not included and are at the guest's discretion

• Personal Expenses: Any personal expenses or souvenirs purchased during the tour

• Photography: Any professional photography services or equipment rentals not provided by the charter

• Special Requests: Specific requests or additional services may incur extra charges

Food and Beverage:

Stay refreshed during your morning cruise with complimentary bottled water, sparkling water, and fresh juices provided on board. Private charter guests have the flexibility to bring their own food and beverages (BYO) or opt for tailored catering services to enhance their experience. Onboard storage and refrigeration are available exclusively for private charters, ensuring that your refreshments remain fresh as you enjoy the breathtaking sights of Sydney Harbour.

Payment Terms:

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total price is required at the time of reservation to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance of 70% is due 14 days prior to the scheduled cruise date. For bookings made within 14 days of the cruise date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:

General Cancellations:

• 30+ days before travel: Full refund.

• 8-30 days before travel: 50% cancellation fee.

• Less than 7 days before travel: 100% cancellation fee.

Weather Cancellations:

• Full refund or credit for another tour if canceled by the Operator due to severe weather.

• Refunds for bookings through agents must be requested directly from the agent, who may retain a booking fee.

Mechanical Cancellations:

• Full refund if the Operator cancels due to vessel issues.
