Se lo desiderano, gli ospiti possono consegnare i loro oggetti di valore al capitano della barca per custodirli. In caso di incidente o disastro, è responsabilità dei capitani delle barche informare tempestivamente KaterBlue o un suo rappresentante. Se i proprietari delle imbarcazioni non hanno stipulato le necessarie assicurazioni, saranno ritenuti pienamente responsabili. I noleggiatori e gli ospiti che desiderano praticare sport acquatici lo fanno a proprio rischio e pericolo e devono assicurarsi di avere una propria copertura assicurativa.
