TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Security deposit to be paid in cash.

• Submit the Crew list, Skipper license, VHF certificate, Terms & Conditions to our office 4 weeks before check-in.

• In case of force majeure (e.g., border closing), the renter can use 100% of the payment for another charter without penalties.

• Future charter prices will vary according to the seasonal price list.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellation up to 6 months before check-in: 10% fee charged.

• Cancellation between 6 months and 1 month before check-in: 50% fee charged.

• Cancellation within the last month before check-in: 100% fee charged.
