PREPAYMENT POLICY:

A 50% deposit is required to confirm and lock in your charter. The booking will not be confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance must be paid in full 10 days prior to the charter date for our team to finalize all details.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

● 100% refund for cancellations made outside 30 days of the charter date.

● 50% refund for cancellations made within 30 days of the charter date.

● 25% refund for cancellations made between 2 weeks and 3 days from the charter date.

● No refund for cancellations made within 72 hours or for "no shows," unless under extraordinary circumstances, which will be determined by our group based on industry standards.

● In all cases, transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.
