WHAT DOES THE APA COVER?

● Food and Beverage: Before your charter, we will provide a preference sheet for you to request your favorite food and beverages.

● Fuel Charges: Fuel costs depend on your itinerary and whether you choose to cruise or stay anchored. Fuel costs for any toys and tenders used during your charter are also included.

● Port and Customs Fees: Fees incurred at different ports and for customs are covered in the APA.

● Special Requests: Any special requirements or requests you have while onboard are also included in the APA.

PAYMENT TERMS:

● A 50% deposit confirms the booking.
● The final amount should be paid no later than 7 days prior departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

● Cancel 30 days or more prior to the charter date = 100% refund of the deposit
● Cancel 29 days or less prior to the charter date = No refund of the deposit

PRICES PER DAY:

● Low Season (May-October) : 65,000 THB
● High Season (November-April) : 75,000 THB
● Peak Season (15 Dec - 15 Jan) : 85,000 THB
