BENETEAU MONOHULL

The Beneteau Oceanis 393 is available for bareboat and skippered charters in Poole. This 39-foot sail cruising boat is well-equipped and powerful, with a focus on comfort and efficiency. Its wide cockpit has plenty of lounge places, making her excellent for relaxing and socializing. The inside is spacious, with six comfortable sleepers and additional space for up to eight people, as well as a linear galley and two shower heads.

The yacht is fitted with a powerful masthead rig, slab reefing, and an array of electronics to enhance its cruising capabilities. All lines are conveniently led to the cockpit, and the substantial electric windlass ensures smooth handling. CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellation by Charterer: If the Charterer cancels the booking more than 28 days before the commencement date, the terms in the booking agreement will apply. A full refund of all sums paid will be issued.

• Early Departure: If the Charterer leaves the yacht before the scheduled end date, no refund will be given, and any additional costs incurred will not be reimbursed.

• Cancellation by Provider: If the provider cancels the charter due to circumstances beyond their control, they will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative yacht or dates. If a replacement cannot be arranged, a full refund will be given. For delays, a pro-rata refund will be provided. No liability for additional expenses or inconvenience will be accepted.

• Flight Issues: If the Charterer's flight is cancelled or delayed, or if boarding is denied by a carrier, the Charterer must claim compensation from the carrier under the Denied Boarding Regulations 2004. Any compensation received will constitute the full entitlement for all related matters.
