CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
a) By the Renter To cancel or modify a reservation, the Renter must inform the Company in writing by registered letter with return receipt, or fax or by e-mail. The terms set out in the following table are calculated from the receipt by the Company of the written communication provided for in this clause. Cancellation or modification will be taken into consideration upon receipt of written communication and are regulated in amounts by the following schedule.
Cancellation and modification conditions: a. more than 42 days from the departure date -> penalty equal to 35% of the contract amount b. less than 42 days from the departure date -> penalty equal to 100% of the contract amount
