Common Pre-Booking Terms:

Included in Price: Private yacht, fuel, harbor taxes and fees, professional guide, underwater GoPro footage, snorkeling equipment, all entrance tickets, drinking water, and towels.
Excluded in Price: Additional expenses such as extra fuel (depending on usage if you wish to deviate from the standard tour routes), and any personal food or provisions.
Pickup and Drop Off: Transportation to and from your hotel will be arranged through a partner company. They offer vehicles such as the Avanza or APV. You can choose the one that best suits your needs. The cost for this transfer will vary depending on your location. We will finalize these details during the booking confirmation process.
Reservation Security: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of the tour in cash (IDR) or by card (subject to a 2% bank fee).
Payment: If paying via bank transfer, please ensure that any transfer fees are covered on your end, so that the full amount is received.
