INSURANCE:

To safeguard their travel investment, we strongly advise guests to obtain trip cancellation/interruption insurance at the time of contract signature. In the event of illness before to or during the trip, this coverage will assist in offsetting cancellation fees. Travel agencies offer baggage insurance and trip cancellation/interruption insurance.

It is also highly advised that you get medical insurance, which covers emergency care, medical costs, and round-the-clock consulting services.

PAYMENT POLICY:

All transactions must be made in Indonesian Rupiah in accordance with government rules. On the day of the transaction, payments will be made in accordance with the current currency rates. Each invoice includes bank information for payments to be made by bank transfer to our USD bank account.

The following payment plan should be followed:

• 40% of the total trip cost must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
• Ninety days before departure or upon receipt of the invoice: the 60% balance owed.

BOOKING POLICY:

● Cruise reservations can be made over the phone, by fax or by email.
● At the time of booking, a deposit is needed to guarantee your spot. Only reservations made with a deposit will be accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In the event of a trip cancellation, we are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by trip members. We are not liable for charges or cancellations due to passengers failing to verify the validity of their passports (a minimum of 6 months of validity is required to enter Indonesia) and visa entry requirements for certain countries that require an Indonesian Tourist Visa to be obtained abroad.

Cancellation fees are based on the following schedule:

• For cancellations made 61 to 90 days prior to departure, a fee of 60% of the deposit for exclusive charter will be charged.
• For cancellations made 31 to 60 days prior to departure, a fee of 80% of the trip cost will be applied.
• For cancellations made 30 days or less before departure, a fee of 100% of the trip cost will be charged.
• For cancellations made at or after trip departure, a fee of 100% of the trip cost will be applied.
