CANCELLATION POLICY:

Private trips:

1) For cancelation 20 days before departure date, we offer full refund.

2) For cancelation made within 20 days before departure date, we offer 0% refund. Shared trips: Flexible cancelation (only for shared reservations) Extra cost 15 euros per passenger. You will have the opportunity to select that option after you choose the date of your trip.

• For cancelation 72 hours before departure full refund

• Option of changing date during the same season up to two times

• For cancelation made within 72 hours before departure time we offer 0% refund.

PAYMENT POLICY:

Private trips:

1.) In advance payment 50%

2.) Balance payment 2 weeks before departure date. Shared trip: We need full payment in advance.

NOT INCLUDED:

Van transfer, crew gratuities (always at client's discretion, for exceptional service offered, typically 10-15% of charter price).

Route of the trip Our priority is the safety of every passenger. For this reason, route may change by captain’s order in case of bad weather or unpredictable event. We keep the right to move the departure and arrival time for max 3 hours to avoid bad weather or force major events.

Low Season: 966 (up to 6 persons)

During the high season, each additional passenger, up to a maximum of 12, will be billed at 207 euros per person, and during the low season, the charge per person is 161 euros.
