Règles de réservation

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In accordance with Clause 3 of the charter party agreement, the Charterer may withdraw from the charter party. However, certain conditions apply:

If withdrawal occurs before the sixtieth day prior to the start of the charter, the Charterer will lose the right to the return of any deposit paid to the Owner. From the sixtieth day prior to the start of the charter, the Owner is entitled to retain 100% of the tariff if the Charterer subsequently declares inability to use the craft. Should the charter of the craft be interrupted at the request or due to the fault of the Charterer, no refund will be provided. Failure to use the craft during the stipulated period does not entitle the Charterer to any refund.

Additionally, if the Owner is unable to deliver the contracted craft due to reasons beyond their control, such as a breakdown, they have the option to provide another craft of similar characteristics within three days. If the delay extends beyond this period, the Charterer has the right to demand cancellation of the charter party and a refund of any amount paid with legal interests, but no other form of damages will be provided.
