Payment Terms: A boat is officially booked only after submission of the Booking Form and initial deposit. Balance is due 30 days prior to charter start. Full payment is required immediately for last-minute bookings (within 30 days).
Cancellation Policy: Refund conditions vary by cancellation period.
A. Charterer Cancellation: >60 days: 70% refund | 31-59 days: 50% refund | <30 days: No refund. If rebooked, refund less €100 fee.
B. Company Cancellation: If the booked boat becomes unavailable due to uncontrollable events, a similar alternative will be provided or full refund issued.
