CANCELLATION POLICY:● Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% of the retainer is non-refundable.
● Cancellations within 72 hours: 30% of the retainer is non-refundable.
● Cancellations one week in advance: 15% of the retainer is non-refundable.
● If the captain restricts departure for more than 3 hours or if there’s a malfunction, a full refund will be provided.
● Cancellations due to weather or force majeure are not refundable but can be rescheduled.
