Règles de réservation

PAYMENT POLICY:

The guest has to pay a 50% of the total tariff as the booking amount as specified in the booking information, via any online transfer method to Manta Cruise Goa company account. The Balance amount of the tariff has to be handed over to the Excursion Manager before embarking the yacht on the day of the Excursion at the jetty.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The booking amount is a non-refundable advance payment to block the time slot for the particular yacht, catamaran, or luxury speed boat.

No refund will be provided in case any guest or all the guests are unable to embark the boat due to any health issues, physical disability, or other unforeseen issues.

The date of booking can be changed, subject to availability, if notified 72 hours before the excursion time.

For bookings made under 72 hours of excursion time, no change in booking dates or cancellation is possible.

If the excursion is canceled due to any technical issues, the full amount will be refunded to guests within 48 hours, or the date of booking may be changed as per the guest's request.

Bien que les propriétaires de bateaux assurent leurs bateaux, leurs yachts, leur équipage et leurs invités contre les incendies, les collisions et autres accidents maritimes, les invités sont responsables de la protection de leurs objets de valeur pendant l'excursion. S'ils le souhaitent, ils peuvent remettre leurs objets de valeur au capitaine du bateau pour qu'il les garde en lieu sûr. En cas d'accident ou de catastrophe, il incombe aux capitaines de bateau d'informer rapidement KaterBlue ou son représentant. Si les propriétaires des bateaux n'ont pas pris les dispositions nécessaires en matière d'assurance, ils seront tenus entièrement responsables. Les affréteurs et les invités qui souhaitent pratiquer des sports nautiques le font à leurs propres risques et doivent s'assurer qu'ils disposent de leur propre couverture d'assurance.
