BAREBOAT CHARTERS LA-PAZ

Explore the freedoms of a bareboat charter in La Paz, Mexico. Our peak season rentals run from Saturday to Saturday, as is customary in the Mediterranean. Depending on the season and destination, we can sometimes offer longer sailing experiences. The pricing is based on a 7-day charter, with shorter periods possible at a charge.

Begin your experience at our base in La Paz, Costa Baja Marina, with a 17:00 embarkation. Before going sail, our expert base team will provide a thorough overview of the cruising area, do a safety assessment, and present a lengthy yacht familiarization briefing. This ensures that you are at ease and confident with your sailboat and the stunning Sea of Cortez.

La Paz serves as a gateway to gorgeous islands, hidden coves, and colorful marine life. Experience breathtaking natural splendor, from snorkeling with sea lions on Isla Espiritu Santo to exploring the secluded beaches of Isla Partida. This charter option is for a 'bareboat' charter, which does not include a skipper. The pricing for a bareboat charter does not include skippered costs. To charter the boat without a skipper, you must have a proper day skipper license. If you prefer a skippered charter, we may create a specific option for you. LAGOON 51 CATAMARAN

The Lagoon 51 is an elegant and large catamaran that can accommodate up to 14 persons in 6 cabins and 5 WCs. It includes advanced navigation technologies such as AIS, autopilot, and a GPS chart plotter. Onboard amenities include electric bathrooms, cabin fans, a cockpit fridge and freezer, and a Fusion radio. The flybridge, bimini top, and cockpit cushions all provide excellent relaxing opportunities. It comes equipped with an electric anchor windlass, an electric winch, and a self-tailing winch for easy sailing. Other amenities include indirect lighting, hot water, an inverter, USB ports, and outside speakers. This sailboat provides a luxury and fun sailing experience.

PRICES PER WEEK:

12052 USD (Please note that prices are subject to change based on the season)

BOOKING POLICY:

• Initial Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required at the time of confirmation.

• Final Payment: The remaining 70% of the total booking amount is due 60 days before the charter date.

PRICES INCLUDED:

• Yacht, dinghy & outboard

• Watersports: snorkeling equipment

• Linen and towels: 1 set per person per charter. Extras can be requested at a cost.

PRICES NOT INCLUDED:

• Skipper payment: If you book a skipper, you can pay in cash at your destination or pay in advance for most destinations

• Fees: Harbour and mooring fees, provisions, cruising taxes, clearance and customs fees

• Optional extras: Provisioning, cancellation insurance, fuel and water refills, skipper, cook/hostess, kayaks/paddleboards, full board and a la carte provisioning, fishing gear, child safety net, boat phone, Wi-Fi and airport transfers. These extras are not available at every base, talk to us for more information.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• If the Charterer cancels more than 60 days before the original charter starts, Charterer will lose their 30% deposit. If Charterer has already paid for add-on options, We will reimburse Charterer for these expenses.

• If Charterer cancels 59 days or less before the original charter starts, Charterer will lose the entire charter fee paid to date. If Charterer has already paid for add-on options, We will reimburse Charterer for these expenses, unless cancellation occurs within seven days of departure. If within seven days, payment for add-on options will not be refunded.

• Seasonal Considerations: Sail during the low season for discounted rates and fewer crowds.

• Duration Discounts: Charter for longer durations to secure additional discounts.

• Discount Combination: Combine available discounts for maximum savings.

• Destination Costs: Be aware of destination-related costs such as mooring fees.

• Add-Ons: Enhance your charter with optional extras like water toys.

• Payment Options: We accept credit/debit card, cheque, and bank transfers.

• Confirmation: Upon acceptance of your booking, we will issue a confirmation invoice.

• Offers and Discounts: Apply discounts at the time of booking.

• Charter Duration: Typically Saturday to Saturday, but alternative durations may be available.

• Base Briefing: Receive a comprehensive briefing from our team before departure.

• License Requirements: Ensure compliance with local sailing regulations.

• Competency Confirmation: Confirm your ability to safely operate the yacht.
