FOOD & BEVERAGE:

The price includes a selection of soft drinks, fresh fruit, a bottle of wine, and water, ensuring you stay refreshed throughout your journey. Lunch is not included in the price, but you’ll have the opportunity to savor fresh seafood and local delicacies at a waterfront restaurant during your tour.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Bank Transfer: Payment due within 2 working days. For bookings over EUR 2500, a 50% prepayment is required.
Online Payment: Payment link valid for 4 days to complete the reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations made up to 7 days before departure, Full refund (no charge).
Cancellations made between 7 and 5 days before departure, 30% of the total trip cost will be charged.
Cancellations made less than 2 days before departure, 50% of the total trip cost will be charged.
No-shows on the day of departure, The total price of the reservation will be charged.
All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving a written cancellation request.
