CANCELLATION POLICY:If the client cancels the tour, any deposit or payment shall be reimbursed according to the day and the reason for the retraction, via the following conditions:
• 15 days before the reservation: 50% of the total amount will be charged to the client. • Less than 7 days before the visit: No refund • Bad weather and unforeseen events like COVID restrictions: full refund
If the boat is unnavigable following an accident, a breakdown, or other circumstances, the contract is terminated: full refund.
If the agency cancels the visit: full refund.
