A 50% deposit of the charter fee is required, upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance of 50% is required four (4) weeks prior to departure to our bank account.
CANCELLATION POLICY:Bookings cancelled 1-30 days prior to embarkation 100% of the total charter fee is withheld. Bookings cancelled 31-90 days prior to embarkation 50% of the total charter fee is withheld. Bookings cancelled 91+ days prior to embarkation 100% of the total charter fee is refunded.
In any event of cancellation, We guarantee that in case the yacht is re-let, for the same charter period and under the same conditions, all amounts received will be reimbursed to Charterer.
