PREPAYMENT POLICY:
To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining 50% must be paid prior to boarding. We accept payments in cash and/or via bank transfer.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
● Client Cancellations:
More than 30 days before the service date: 100% refund.
15 - 30 days before the service date: 50% refund.
Less than 15 days before the service date: no refund.
● Force Majeure: If the service is affected by weather, health emergencies, or other force majeure events, the client may reschedule at no extra cost, subject to availability.
● Company Cancellations: If the company cancels, a full refund will be issued or the client may reschedule.
● Modifications: Service date changes must be requested at least 15 days in advance, subject to availability.
● Refunds: Processed within 5 business days after cancellation confirmation.
