PREPAYMENT POLICY:

● To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit is required at the time of reservation. This deposit secures your chosen date and ensures the yacht is reserved exclusively for you.
● The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days before the charter date. Failure to complete the balance payment on time may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
● For any questions or assistance with the booking process, please feel free to contact us.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

● Deposits are non-refundable.
● If you cancel with at least seven days' notice, 50% of your total payment will be forfeited.
● Cancellations made with less than seven days' notice will result in 75% of your total payment being forfeited.
● In the event of unsafe sailing conditions, such as sustained winds exceeding 28 knots, the charter will be canceled and the charterer will receive a 100% refund.
