About our service in West PapuaThe adventure begins at Kaimana Harbor, where guests are welcomed onboard and introduced to their home for the next 12 days. After an orientation and safety briefing, the yacht sets sail towards Triton Bay, an internationally renowned diving destination where guests will have the rare opportunity to swim alongside whale sharks in their natural habitat. Once the terms have been agreed and all parties have signed the contract, a deposit of 50% of the charter fee is required to confirm the booking. A month prior to the departure date, the remaining 50%, together with VAT, APA, and any additional charges, will be payable.
Cancellation policies depend on the terms of the agreement. If the charter is cancelled close to the departure date, the deposit or full fee might be retained.
The Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) ensures a seamless onboard experience by covering additional costs such as food, drinks, fuel, and marina fees. Typically set at 25-30% of the charter fee, it is paid upfront, allowing the crew to prepare for your preferences in advance. At the end of the charter, you’ll receive a detailed expense report, with any unused funds refunded or any overages settled as needed, ensuring complete transparency.
