Cancellation Policy:● More than 3 months before the charter: 80% refund, 20% retained for administrative costs.
● Within 3 months: Full charge if the yacht is not re-rented; partial refund if re-rented at a lower rate.
Payment Terms:● An initial deposit is required to secure the booking.
● The remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed schedule.
● Late payments may result in cancellation with applicable fees.
General Terms:● The yacht is provided with a full fuel tank; guests must return it in the same condition.
● The condition and inventory of the yacht will be inspected at check-in and check-out.
● Sub-rental, towing, or commercial use of the yacht is strictly prohibited.
● Legal disputes will be handled as per the charter agreement.
