Starting from D-Marin Marina Lefkas, this expansive 7-night bareboat charter takes you far beyond the typical island-hopping circuit. Venturing deep into the southern Ionian and along the coast of the Peloponnese to reach the mythical island of Kythira, this itinerary is designed for adventurous sailors who seek a dramatic landscape, legendary beaches, historic towns, and a true sense of discovery. The route blends iconic highlights like Navagio Beach with lesser-traveled gems such as Monemvasia and Kythira—each one steeped in history, wrapped in natural beauty, and accessible only to those with a spirit of exploration.
About Our Service in Lefkas, Kefalonia, Zakynthos, Peloponnese, and Kythira
Day 1: Saturday - Departure from D-Marin Marina Lefkas to Lefkas Town
Embark at 17:00 and sail a short distance to Lefkas Town. As the sun begins to set, the harbor glows with warmth and activity. Walk along the promenade, visit Lefkas Castle, and enjoy dinner at a waterfront taverna while admiring the Venetian charm of the town. It’s a perfect place to ease into the pace of your journey.
Day 2: Sunday - Lefkas to Fiskardo, Kefalonia
Set off at 09:00 and enjoy a scenic cruise to Fiskardo, one of Kefalonia’s most beloved harbor towns. Known for its colorful buildings and sophisticated yet relaxed vibe, Fiskardo offers wonderful opportunities for swimming, dining, and boutique shopping. Dive into the clear waters near the harbor, or take a walk through the pine-covered trails just beyond town. Enjoy fresh seafood in a candle-lit taverna before settling in for the night onboard.
Day 3: Monday - Kefalonia to Zakynthos (Navagio Beach)
The next leg brings you to Zakynthos and its crown jewel—Navagio Beach. Drop anchor near this iconic cove, where a shipwreck lies nestled between towering white cliffs and sapphire seas. After swimming and soaking in the view, explore surrounding caves and enjoy a relaxed afternoon on the beach. This is one of Greece’s most photographed spots—and seeing it from your private yacht adds an entirely new level of magic.
Day 4: Tuesday - Zakynthos to Keri Bay
Leave Navagio behind and head toward Keri Bay. The journey itself offers spectacular views, and upon arrival, you'll be greeted by calm waters and impressive rock formations. Explore the Blue Caves, accessible only by small boats or swimming. The nearby village of Keri offers a quiet charm and lovely tavernas. Take the chance to unwind on the beach or venture inland to watch the sunset from the lighthouse.
Day 5: Wednesday - Keri Bay to Monemvasia (Peloponnese)
Rise early for a longer sail south to Monemvasia, often called the “Gibraltar of the East.” This fortified medieval town juts into the sea, connected to the mainland by a narrow causeway. Walk the cobbled alleys of the Old Town, explore Byzantine churches, and climb to the castle ruins for commanding views. This is a place that feels frozen in time and rich with legend—making it a highlight of the entire trip.
Day 6: Thursday - Monemvasia to Kythira
A 5-hour sail brings you to the remote and mystical island of Kythira. Here, unspoiled landscapes meet historical treasures. Wander through its sleepy villages, discover secret beaches, or hike to the monastery of Agia Moni for panoramic views. Known for its spiritual ambiance and slow pace, Kythira offers a grounding and deeply rewarding experience.
Day 7: Friday - Kythira to Lefkas
On your final sailing day, journey northward back to Lefkas. Along the way, anchor in quiet coves for one last swim in the crystalline waters of the Ionian Sea. Return by afternoon and enjoy your last night onboard in Lefkas Marina, reflecting on an extraordinary journey filled with diversity, beauty, and discovery.
Day 8: Saturday - Disembarkation
Disembark by 09:00 with cherished memories of a rare voyage that blended famous destinations with untouched corners of southern Greece—a route few experience, but none forget.
