Booking Rules & Policies

Payment Policy:

50% up to 7 days from booking confirmation.
50% up to 30 days before charter day

Cancellation Policy:

More than 60 days before charter 30% penalty
59-31 days before charter 50% penalty
30 days before charter 100% penalty

*Due to covid-19 booking disruption policy, if the charter forced to cancel due to pandemic restrictions the client will receive a voucher for next year.

Damage deposit : £ 2,520

Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.

Cancellation Rules

Strict Policy

No-show will result in reservation considered as forfeited.

Days not spent on account of early check-out is marked as forfeited.

Refunds under any cancellation terms & conditions excludes the KaterBlue service fee.

Insurance details

- KaterBlue ensures all boats are insured by their owners, but advise guests to secure Travel Insurance for off-boat incidents. While boat owners cover marine accidents, guests are responsible for their valuables, or entrust to the captain. In case of an accident, captains must inform KaterBlue promptly. Owners are liable for the lack of proper insurance. Guests engaging in water sports do so at their own risk and should have personal insurance.
