FOOD & BEVERAGE:

The price includes a selection of soft drinks, fresh fruit, a bottle of wine, and water, ensuring you stay refreshed throughout your journey. Lunch is not included in the price, but you’ll have the opportunity to savor fresh seafood and local delicacies at a waterfront restaurant during your tour.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Bank Transfer: Payment due within 2 working days. For bookings over EUR 2500, a 50% prepayment is required.
Online Payment: Payment link valid for 4 days to complete the reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Up to 7 days before departure: Full refund (no charge).
Between 7 and 5 days before departure: 30% of the total trip cost will be charged.
Less than 2 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost will be charged.
No-shows on the day of departure: The total price of the reservation will be charged.
All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving a written cancellation request.

Damage deposit : £0

Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.

Insurance details

- KaterBlue ensures all boats are insured by their owners, but advise guests to secure Travel Insurance for off-boat incidents. While boat owners cover marine accidents, guests are responsible for their valuables, or entrust to the captain. In case of an accident, captains must inform KaterBlue promptly. Owners are liable for the lack of proper insurance. Guests engaging in water sports do so at their own risk and should have personal insurance.
