FOOD AND BEVERAGE:

Alcoholic beverages are available upon request for an additional cost, allowing you to fully indulge in your onboard dining experience.

PREPAYMENT POLICY:

To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit of the total cost is required. The remaining balance must be paid at least two weeks prior to the charter start date. Alternatively, guests may arrange to settle the balance in person with prior agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Our cancellation terms are structured to provide clarity and fairness:

50% refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival (excluding processing expenses).
No refund for cancellations made less than 30 days before the charter start date.
If the charter is terminated early by the renter after commencement, no refunds will be provided for unused days.

Damage deposit : £ 0

Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.

Insurance details

- KaterBlue ensures all boats are insured by their owners, but advise guests to secure Travel Insurance for off-boat incidents. While boat owners cover marine accidents, guests are responsible for their valuables, or entrust to the captain. In case of an accident, captains must inform KaterBlue promptly. Owners are liable for the lack of proper insurance. Guests engaging in water sports do so at their own risk and should have personal insurance.
