PREPAYMENT POLICY:

● Deposit: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation upon booking.

● Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due before the charter date.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

● Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the excursion are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior are non-refundable.

● Special Excursions: For special excursions, cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to the excursion may receive a full refund, while those made 48 to 72 hours prior might receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior are typically non-refundable.

● Weather-Related Cancellations: Excursions usually operate rain or shine unless the company determines that weather conditions pose a safety risk. If a company cancels an excursion for weather-related reasons, guests are often offered an alternative date or a credit voucher valid for a specified period. Refunds are not always provided for weather-related cancellations.

Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.

Insurance details

- KaterBlue ensures all boats are insured by their owners, but advise guests to secure Travel Insurance for off-boat incidents. While boat owners cover marine accidents, guests are responsible for their valuables, or entrust to the captain. In case of an accident, captains must inform KaterBlue promptly. Owners are liable for the lack of proper insurance. Guests engaging in water sports do so at their own risk and should have personal insurance.
