Each season is further divided into low and high seasons, allowing for adjustments based on varying demand throughout the year.

For special occasions, a beach BBQ dinner can be arranged on secluded shores, offering a delightful feast under the stars, complete with fresh seafood and local delicacies. The Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) allows for seamless planning, covering all food and beverage needs, including wine, beer, and soft drinks, ensuring that every aspect of your culinary adventure is tailored to enhance your unforgettable experience at sea.
Once the terms have been agreed and all parties have signed the contract, a deposit of 50% of the charter fee is required to confirm the booking. A month prior to the departure date, the remaining 50%, together with VAT, APA, and any additional charges, will be payable.
Cancellation policies depend on the terms of the agreement. If the charter is cancelled close to the departure date, the deposit or full fee might be retained.
The Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) ensures a seamless onboard experience by covering additional costs such as food, drinks, fuel, and marina fees. Typically set at 25-30% of the charter fee, it is paid upfront, allowing the crew to prepare for your preferences in advance. At the end of the charter, you’ll receive a detailed expense report, with any unused funds refunded or any overages settled as needed, ensuring complete transparency.
Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.
- KaterBlue ensures all boats are insured by their owners, but advise guests to secure Travel Insurance for off-boat incidents. While boat owners cover marine accidents, guests are responsible for their valuables, or entrust to the captain. In case of an accident, captains must inform KaterBlue promptly. Owners are liable for the lack of proper insurance. Guests engaging in water sports do so at their own risk and should have personal insurance.
