Our charter pricing is dynamically adjusted based on the season to provide optimal value and flexibility throughout the year. This model ensures transparency in what to expect for each month of travel. Below, you will find the full seasonal rate breakdown and comprehensive booking rules, including what is included, excluded, menu options, and cancellation terms.
Price Includes
The weekly charter rate includes fuel, domestic port taxes, domestic port fees, domestic transit log, mooring fees, login/logout procedures, yacht insurance, crew services, domestic water, duvet cover sets, and bath towels. These inclusions cover the essential operational and hospitality services during your cruise.
Payment Policy
Prices are dynamic and based on seasonal demand. Weekly charter rates start from 6,300 EUR. The detailed seasonal pricing is as follows:

● June: 7,350 €
● September: 7,350 €
● July: 8,400 €
● August: 8,400 €
Price Excludes
The following services and charges are not included in the weekly charter price: VAT, provisioning (stores), airport transfers, foreign entry and exit expenses, foreign port taxes, overseas mooring fees, international transit log, and fees for motorized water sports or jet ski usage (if applicable on the boat).
Dining & Onboard Services
Two optional full board menu packages are available for guests, both designed by our professional chefs to offer quality, variety, and flexibility:
Category 1: Fullboard Deluxe Menus - €55 per person per day
Includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 5 o’clock tea with snacks. Menus can be customized to accommodate dietary preferences, health concerns, or religious restrictions. Applicable for weekly charters with a minimum of 8 adults. Children under 6 years eat free; children aged 7 to 12 years receive 50% off. Crew members will receive the same meals at no additional charge.
Category 2: Ultraluxury Menus - €75 per person per day
Also includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 5 o’clock tea with snacks. These menus offer an upgraded selection and presentation, fully customizable for dietary and personal preferences. Valid for groups of at least 8 adults for weekly charters. Children under 6 years eat free; children aged 7 to 12 enjoy half-price. The same meals will be served to the crew without extra cost. Both menu options allow guests to bring their own drinks, which our crew will gladly serve throughout the trip.
Cancellation Policy
If the Purchaser wishes to cancel the contract, written notification is required. The following cancellation rules apply:
● Up to 91 days before departure: 25% of the total amount is deducted; the remaining balance is refunded.
● Between 90 and 60 days before departure: 50% of the total amount is deducted; the remaining balance is refunded.
● 59 days or fewer before departure: No refund is provided.
If the cancellation is not due to a natural disaster and the charter company is unable to rebook the yacht for the same period under the same conditions, the remaining balance will be charged to the Purchaser. If the yacht is reallocated to another client under equivalent terms, the deposit may be refunded after deducting invoice and service expenses. Alternatively, the company may offer a rescheduling option at the client's request. We strongly recommend securing private travel insurance for cancellations of any kind. Our company is committed to acting in good faith and protecting the client’s interests throughout the process.
Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.
- KaterBlue ensures all boats are insured by their owners, but advise guests to secure Travel Insurance for off-boat incidents. While boat owners cover marine accidents, guests are responsible for their valuables, or entrust to the captain. In case of an accident, captains must inform KaterBlue promptly. Owners are liable for the lack of proper insurance. Guests engaging in water sports do so at their own risk and should have personal insurance.
