Our charter pricing follows a dynamic seasonal model to reflect varying levels of demand and optimal sailing conditions. This system allows guests to plan their holidays with clear expectations and flexibility in both budget and experience. Below are the full seasonal rates and booking policy details.
Price Includes
The weekly rate includes a wide range of essential services: fuel, domestic port taxes, domestic port fees, domestic transit log, mooring charges, login/logout formalities, yacht insurance, onboard crew services, domestic water, duvet cover sets, and bath towels.
Payment Policy
Prices start from 6,300 EUR per week. The detailed monthly breakdown is:

Price Excludes
The following are not included: VAT, provisioning (stores), airport transfers, foreign entry and exit costs, foreign port taxes, international transit log, overseas mooring fees, and motorized water sports or jet ski usage (if available on board).
Dining & Onboard Services
Guests can choose from two gourmet dining packages, both crafted by our professional chefs:
Category 1: Fullboard Deluxe Menus - €55 per person per day
Includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 5 o’clock tea with snacks. Menus are customizable to dietary, health, or religious preferences. Valid for weekly charters with a minimum of 8 adults. Children under 6 years eat free; children aged 7-12 are half price. The crew receives the same meals at no extra cost.
Category 2: Ultraluxury Menus - €75 per person per day
Features premium cuisine with the same meal structure and enhanced ingredients. Fully tailored to dietary needs. Applicable for weekly charters with at least 8 adults. Children under 6 dine free; ages 7-12 receive 50% off. The same food is provided to crew at no charge. Guests may bring their own drinks for the crew to serve throughout the charter.
Cancellation Policy
Written notice is required for all cancellations. The policy is as follows:
● Up to 91 days before departure: 25% of the total is withheld; the balance is refunded.
● 90 to 60 days before departure: 50% is withheld; the remainder refunded.
● 59 days or fewer before departure: No refund.
If the cancellation is not due to a natural disaster and a new client cannot be secured for the same dates and terms, the remaining balance is charged. If the yacht is successfully rebooked, a full refund (minus service and invoice expenses) may be offered, or the booking may be transferred to another period upon the client’s request. Private travel insurance is strongly recommended. Our company is committed to acting fairly and transparently in all such matters.
Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.
- KaterBlue ensures all boats are insured by their owners, but advise guests to secure Travel Insurance for off-boat incidents. While boat owners cover marine accidents, guests are responsible for their valuables, or entrust to the captain. In case of an accident, captains must inform KaterBlue promptly. Owners are liable for the lack of proper insurance. Guests engaging in water sports do so at their own risk and should have personal insurance.
