Our dynamic pricing system ensures fairness and flexibility by adjusting charter rates based on the seasonal demand. This allows guests to benefit from reduced prices during shoulder seasons and enjoy premium sailing during peak months. Price Includes

The charter rate includes fuel, domestic port taxes, domestic port fees, domestic transit log, mooring fees, login/logout procedures, yacht insurance, crew services, domestic water, duvet cover sets, and bath towels. These inclusions ensure a smooth and comfortable onboard experience.

Payment Policy

Charter prices start from 6,020 EUR per week and vary by season. Full pricing is outlined below:

Price Excludes

The following are not included in the weekly price: VAT, provisioning (stores), airport transfers, foreign entry/exit charges, foreign port taxes, overseas mooring fees, international transit log, and fees for any motorized water sports or jet ski activities (if applicable).

Dining & Onboard Services

We offer two distinct meal packages, both prepared fresh daily by our skilled chefs:

Category 1: Fullboard Deluxe Menus - €55 per person per day
Includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and afternoon tea with snacks. The menus can be customized according to dietary, health, or religious needs. Available for weekly charters with a minimum of 8 adults. Children under 6 eat free; kids aged 7-12 pay half price. Crew meals are included at no extra cost.

Category 2: Ultraluxury Menus - €75 per person per day
Includes the same meal structure but with a premium selection of ingredients and presentation. Also customizable to dietary preferences. Valid for groups of 8 adults minimum for weekly bookings. Children under 6 eat for free, and those aged 7 to 12 receive a 50% discount. The same meals will be served to the crew at no charge. Guests may bring their own beverages onboard, which will be served by the crew throughout the journey.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing. Refund policy is as follows:

● Up to 91 days before departure: 25% of the total charter fee is deducted; the balance is refunded.
● Between 90 and 60 days before departure: 50% is deducted; the balance is refunded.
● 59 days or fewer before departure: No refund available.

Should the cancellation not be due to natural causes and if the yacht cannot be rebooked for the same period and conditions, the remaining balance will be invoiced. If the boat is reallocated under the same terms, the deposit may be refunded after deducting related service fees. Alternatively, a different charter period may be offered upon request. Guests are encouraged to purchase private travel insurance to safeguard against any cancellations. The company remains committed to fairness and client satisfaction.

Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.

Insurance details

- KaterBlue ensures all boats are insured by their owners, but advise guests to secure Travel Insurance for off-boat incidents. While boat owners cover marine accidents, guests are responsible for their valuables, or entrust to the captain. In case of an accident, captains must inform KaterBlue promptly. Owners are liable for the lack of proper insurance. Guests engaging in water sports do so at their own risk and should have personal insurance.
