Itinerary

Day 1: Saturday, Bodrum Embarkation

Arrive at Bodrum Marina by 17:00, where you will be welcomed aboard and introduced to the captain and crew. After a briefing on the yacht and itinerary, enjoy welcome refreshments while settling in. Bodrum, a vibrant coastal city, is home to ancient landmarks such as the Mausoleum of Halicarnassus, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. If weather permits, set sail in the evening towards Orak Island, known for its crystal-clear waters and vibrant marine life. Enjoy dinner onboard and spend the night at anchor under the starlit sky.

Day 2: Sunday, Orak Island to Cokertme Bay

Wake up to a breathtaking sunrise and enjoy a leisurely breakfast before spending the morning swimming and snorkeling in Orak Island’s pristine waters. Day 4: Tuesday, Cleopatra Island & Karacasöğüt

Dynamic Pricing & Seasonal Rates

Our pricing structure reflects seasonal demand, ensuring competitive rates while providing the best possible experience. The pricing varies based on the time of the year, with peak season commanding higher rates due to increased demand and optimal sailing conditions.

Prices Starting From 4,550 EUR Per Week:

Price Includes:

● Fuel for standard cruising itineraries

● Domestic port taxes, mooring fees & transit log

● Daily housekeeping and onboard maintenance

● Yacht insurance (excluding personal travel insurance for guests)

● Use of fresh water for general onboard use

Price Excludes:

● VAT (Value Added Tax)

● Motorized water sports & jet ski rental (if available)

● International port taxes and mooring fees for non-domestic routes

● International transit log expenses

● Airport transfers

● Beverages (Guests may bring their own drinks, and the crew will serve them at no extra charge)

Payment Policy:

● A deposit of 50% of the total charter price is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.

● The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 30 days before departure.

● Payments can be made via bank transfer or other secure methods agreed upon during booking.

Cancellation Policy:

If the guest cancels the booking, the following refund conditions apply:

● 91+ days before departure: 75% refund (25% of the total amount is deducted).

● 90-60 days before departure: 50% refund.

● 59 days or less: No refund.

● If cancellation is due to force majeure (such as pandemics, war, or natural disasters), a rescheduling option may be offered based on availability.

● If the yacht is successfully rebooked for the same period under the same conditions, a full refund (minus administrative and service fees) may be processed.

We offer two premium full-board dining options, prepared by our onboard chef to cater to your tastes and dietary needs.

Category 1: Full-Board Deluxe Menu, 55€ Per Person Per Day

● Includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Afternoon Tea with snacks.

● Menus feature fresh local ingredients and are prepared by our skilled chef.

● Customizable for dietary restrictions, health needs, or religious preferences.

● Applicable for groups of a minimum of 8 adults on weekly charters.

● Half price for children aged 7-12.

Insurance details

- KaterBlue ensures all boats are insured by their owners, but advise guests to secure Travel Insurance for off-boat incidents. While boat owners cover marine accidents, guests are responsible for their valuables, or entrust to the captain. In case of an accident, captains must inform KaterBlue promptly. Owners are liable for the lack of proper insurance. Guests engaging in water sports do so at their own risk and should have personal insurance.
